FLOWIZTM is not only a converter. It is indeed a complete battery measuring system: it can be coupled with any sensor within the ISOMAGTM series: flanged, wafer, insertion. It is no longer necessary to use special sensors. LOWEST COSTS thanks to the already mentioned GPRS system, a dedicated Data Logger and batteries lasting up to 10 years. The synergy of all these features makes the FLOWIZTM a revolution also in terms of economical saving.

The possibility of getting any kind of data, from fl ow value to pressure; an electronic which can be coupled with the already existing sensors within the ISOMAGTM series without need of special ones. The FLOWIZTM, with these features, is perfect for the LEAKAGE DETECTION inside water networks where highest accuracy at low flow-rates and acquisition of both flow and pressure values are required.

The advantages of the GPRS System

The GPRS communication system was born as an answer to the need of a faster, safer and more effective transmission of data traffi c. Being supported by the TCP/Ip Internet protocol, the GPRS allows the complete sharing of all the Internet potentialities. Thanks to that, data can be visualised directly in Excel format with a clear advantage in terms of information transparency and time savings. Making use of the so called packet commutation, the user pays for the amount of data which is really transmitted: the variable component linked to the connection is no longer considered.

No built-in electronics, no service

The measuring system made up of the FLOWIZTM battery converter coupled with the ISOMAGTM series sensors refl ects and strengthens the philosophy of the total elimination of any electronic component inside the sensor. No electronics on board means free installation in any condition, under ground or water immersed. And thanks to its robust and stable structure, the result is low to zero maintenance need for the fi nal user.

Data Logger

  • ‘Static Data Logger’: 8192 records collected at selectable intervals from 1 minute to 24 hours in an EEPROM memory. This Logger can be programmed by SMS or HTP Protocol.
  • ‘Dynamic Data Logger’: 512 records collected at the measure sampling rate in a RAM Memory inside the CPU. Both Loggers collect data in the same complete format: Date/Time reference, Flow Rate, positive and negative volumes and auxiliary input value (4…20 mA from pressure transducer) expressed in technical units.
  • Events Data Logger: 64 records of process and converter events, each one with date and time reference with a resolution up to1 second. All Data Loggers can be downloaded completely and independently by GPRS.
